We are pleased to announce that we are replacing our paper delegate packs with a new digital pack that can be emailed to people attending the SAGE & THYME Foundation Level workshop or the SAGE & THYME Online workshop.

SAGE & THYME contribution to COVID recovery plans

Following the high level of COVID cases in the UK and intense pressure on NHS staff over the winter, the NHS is now planning its recovery.
This is focussing on rebuilding services, reducing waiting times and supporting staff whose health and well being has been affected by the pandemic.
Using SAGE & THYME in conversations can support this recovery.
NHS England guide to communicating with patients

The waves of coronavirus hospitalisations have caused waves of cancelled and delayed hospital appointments, investigations and treatments.
As a result, NHS England has recently published guidance about how hospitals should communicate with the people who have had their appointments and services displaced.
We now have a 2 h 45 min online SAGE & THYME communication skills workshop available, called SAGE & THYME Online.
Online SATFAC is now available!

We launched the resources needed to run SAGE & THYME Online to our licensed organisations last month, to enable existing SAGE & THYME facilitators to teach SAGE & THYME Online to their own staff, students and volunteers.

Coping with COVID-19 anxiety
